An interesting idea that has been discussed late at night in bars during conferences….giving customers control of their billing options and usage is with us. With funding from Andreessen Horowitz, Vodafone, Verizon and others, and with an agreement with a big carrier, it could be a game changer.
That said, companies will still be nervous about just how much access or control customers can have over their billing options.
